3. How Dennara Operates

• Dennara acts as a curated marketplace, connecting buyers with carefully vetted inventory.

• In certain cases, legal title remains with private sellers until the moment of sale.

• All items pass through Dennara’s authentication and quality control process before being listed.

4. Product Descriptions

• Every effort is made to provide accurate product descriptions and photography.

• As items are pre-owned, minor variations in colour, texture, or condition are normal.

• Original packaging and accessories are included only if specifically stated.

5. Pricing & Payment

• Prices are displayed in the currency indicated at checkout.

• Buyers are responsible for any additional duties, taxes, or customs charges.

• Payment must be completed in full through our secure checkout before dispatch.

6. Shipping & Delivery

• We ship worldwide via trusted carriers such as DHL, FedEx, or UPS.

• Delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by customs or carrier delays.

• Responsibility for the item transfers to the buyer once delivery is confirmed at the address provided.

7. Sales Policy

• All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations.

• Clients are strongly encouraged to review product descriptions and photographs carefully before purchase.

• The only exception is in cases of proven inauthenticity (see Section 8).

8. Authenticity Guarantee

Authenticity is the foundation of Dennara.

• Every item is first inspected by our in-house authenticators.

• Where supported, we also use trusted third-party experts including Entrupy, Bababebi, and Real Authentication.

• If any item is ever proven not authentic by a recognised authority, Dennara will issue a full refund.

9. Resale Assistance Program

• While all sales are final, Dennara may, at its sole discretion, offer a Resale Assistance Program.

• This is not a return or refund, but a separate resale transaction.

• To qualify, items must:

  • Be unused and in the same condition as received.

  • Include all original packaging and accessories.

  • Pass re-authentication and inspection.

• Offers may be in the form of partial buyback or store credit, depending on demand and item condition.

10. Intellectual Property

• All content on Dennara.com (logos, images, designs, and text) is the intellectual property of Dennara.

• No material may be copied, reproduced, or distributed without our written permission.

11. Limitation of Liability

• Dennara is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our site or products.

• Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the item in question.

12. Governing Law

• These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Norway (or another jurisdiction we specify).

• Any disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.
