All Sales Are Final

Every piece offered by Dennara is highly sought after and one-of-a-kind.
For this reason, all sales are final. We cannot accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations under any circumstances.

We kindly ask clients to review all photos, descriptions, and condition notes carefully before completing a purchase. Our team is always available to answer questions in advance to help you make a confident and informed decision.

Authenticity Guarantee

At Dennara, authenticity is at the heart of everything we do.
Every item is authenticated through our in-house experts and, wherever possible, verified by leading third-party services:

• Entrupy – AI-powered authentication technology

• Bababebi – world-renowned Hermès specialist

• Real Authentication – trusted multi-brand verification service

If an item is ever proven not authentic by an independent authority, Dennara will provide a full refund.

Resale Assistance Program (Optional Service, Not a Return)

While all sales are final, we understand that sometimes a piece may not be the perfect fit. In select cases, and solely at Dennara’s discretion, we may offer our Resale Assistance Program to help you resell an item back to us.

This is not a return or a refund. It is a separate resale transaction, subject to strict eligibility and inspection.

How It Works

• Contact us within 7 days of delivery.

• Item must remain unused, in the same condition as received, and include all original packaging, tags, and accessories.

• Item must pass Dennara’s re-inspection and authentication process.

• Certain items (e.g. earrings or intimate items) are excluded.

• If approved, Dennara may offer:

  • Partial buyback (a percentage of the original purchase price, excluding tax and shipping), or

  • Store credit at a slightly higher value.

Final offers are determined solely by Dennara, based on condition, demand, and market factors.

Cancellations

Because orders are processed quickly, cancellations cannot be accepted once a purchase is confirmed.

In rare cases, a cancellation may be granted at our sole discretion, but this is not guaranteed and requests must be made immediately after purchase. Once an item enters fulfillment or shipping, cancellations are no longer possible.
